Week of the Young Child events

April 15 Hudson County – Precious Learning Center, Jersey City
Parents of infants and toddlers at Precious Learning Center are invited to attend a presentation about literacy. Children’s books and materials about reading with children will be distributed

April 18 Essex County – Gibson Academy – East Orange, NJ
Children aged 4-7 will hear a speaker on the joys of reading and writing poetry. Each child will receive a book of poetry and a journal to take home which they can use to draw and write poetry.
